Fostering a culture of open communication and putting in place a sound system to handle complaints are of essence to quality service and school governance.  Through the formulation of "Guidelines for Handling School Complaints", we hope to continue to strengthen communication and maintain a close partnership with stakeholders to avoid any misunderstanding and lodging of complaints, enhancing our governance and credibility.

建立良好的溝通文化及制訂完善的投訴管理制度,是優質學校服務與管治不可或缺的環節。本校期望藉著《學校處理投訴指引》的設立,繼續加強與持分者間的溝通聯繫,維持緊密合作的夥伴關係,減少誤會及投訴之餘,亦提高學校管治的公信力。
