會員申請須知

Eligibility: 
申請資格：

To be eligible to apply to become a member of the PTA, you must be a parent or guardian of our student.
凡有子女現正於路德會呂祥光小學就讀，均可申請成為家長教師會會員。

How to Apply:
申請方法：

1.   Go to our office to obtain a membership application form in person.
     合資格者，需親自到學校校務處索取入會申請表。

2.   Complete the form and return it to our office.
     填妥入會申請表後，申請者需把入會申請表交回學校校務處。
