本校英文科致力營造豐富的語言環境，特設特色活動 “LCKPS KITCHEN — Cook and Hooked on English”。本活動由本校外籍英語教師（NET）籌辦與主持，旨在打破傳統課堂框架，透過生活化的體驗提升學生的英語素養。

活動核心亮點：

• 以「食」促讀，引發動機： 活動將「美食製作」與「繪本閱讀」完美結合。學生化身小廚師透過親手製作及分享小食，在輕鬆愉快的氣氛下，連結相關的英文書籍，從而激發對英語閱讀的濃厚興趣。
• 沉浸式英語語境： 在外籍教師的帶領下，學生於真實的情境中應用英語進行溝通、聆聽指示及分享成果，切實提升英語聽說能力與國際視野。

本校將繼續透過多元化的動態學習體驗，讓本校學生在快樂中學習，在閱讀中開闊眼界。

Our school's English Department is dedicated to creating a rich language environment. To achieve this, we have specially designed the unique activity “LCKPS KITCHEN — Cook and Hooked on English.” Organized and hosted by our Native-speaking English Teacher (NET), this program aims to break free from traditional classroom frameworks and enhance students' English literacy through real-life, hands-on experiences.

Core Highlights of the Activity:

• Promoting Reading Through Food to Spark Motivation: The activity perfectly blends "culinary creation" with "picture book reading." Stepping into the shoes of little chefs, students make and share snacks in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. This hands-on experience connects them directly to relevant English books, effectively sparking a deep interest in English reading.
• An Immersive English Language Environment: Under the guidance of our NET, students apply English in authentic contexts to communicate, follow instructions, and share their achievements. This naturally boosts their English listening and speaking skills while broadening their international horizons.

We will continue to provide diverse and dynamic learning experiences, enabling our students to learn with joy and expand their horizons through reading.
