路德會呂祥光小學家長教師會於 9 月 23 日及 24 日順利舉辦了兩場「冰皮月餅製作活動」，校長、老師、家長與同學們歡聚一堂。大家圍坐在一起分工合作，揉製冰皮、包裹香甜餡料並壓印出精緻圖案，現場洋溢著濃濃的節日氣氛與歡聲笑語。這次活動不僅讓學生體驗 DIY 樂趣、感受傳統中秋文化，更拉近了家校與親子之間的距離，深化了家校情誼。活動最終在溫馨的歡笑聲和大合照中圓滿落幕，學校衷心感謝大家的熱烈支持，並預祝全校家庭中秋佳節快樂、合家團圓。

Lui Cheung Kwong Lutheran Primary School's PTA successfully hosted two Snow Skin Mooncake Workshops on September 23 and 24, bringing together the principal, teachers, parents, and students. Sitting together in teams, participants kneaded the snow skin dough, wrapped sweet fillings, and pressed delicate patterns, filling the venue with festive joy and laughter. This event allowed students to enjoy hands-on DIY fun and experience traditional Mid-Autumn culture, while strengthening parent-child and home-school bonds. The workshop concluded warmly with laughter and a group photo. The school sincerely thanks everyone for their enthusiastic support and wishes all families a Happy Mid-Autumn Festival and a joyful reunion.
