Primary One Self-Growth Camp
Primary One students participated in the “Self-Growth Camp” on 3rd October. Through diverse and interactive experiential learning, Students can establish habits of a balanced diet based on "Low in salt, fat, sugar, and high in fiber" . The activity integrated theory and practice, with students learning about healthy snack principles, acting as "snack detectives" conducting peer interviews and voting, and making healthy snacks by hand. This comprehensive approach enhanced students' ability to choose foods independently and their self-care skills. The activity enabled students to identify and actively choose snacks that are beneficial to their health, and through extended tasks, they continued to bring healthy snacks back to school, truly practicing a "healthy lifestyle."
